This waterfront home brings together nature and modern design. Vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and warm wood details make it bright and welcoming. Natural and rustic materials paired with pops of color create a relaxed, coastal feel.

What does your home need?
Open-concept spaces with vaulted ceilings have a scale problem, they can feel more impressive than livable. With this challenge, we work from the top down. Wood ceilings, beams, and custom millwork draw the eye upward but bring warmth with them. Dropped valances soften the sightlines, and a custom antiqued metal hood vent anchors the kitchen with character. Grand proportions and a sense of home aren't mutually exclusive; they just need intention.
